How we work
Remote-first, async by default
SupportSyndicate is a remote-first team building AI tools that let support teams scale without scaling headcount. We ship weekly, give every team member direct ownership of outcomes, and keep meetings to a minimum. Our stack is React, TypeScript, Supabase, and multiple LLM providers. We care more about judgment and craft than credentials or geography.
There are no middle managers. You will work directly with the founders, ship code or content that reaches real customers, and see the results within days — not quarters. If you have ever wanted to own a feature end-to-end, see it go live, and watch it move a metric, this is that kind of environment.
What we look for
Our team
We value creativity, ownership, and a customer-first mindset. The three things that matter most:
Ownership mindset
You see a problem, you fix it — no waiting for permission, no passing the buck. We expect everyone to identify gaps and close them. If something is broken or missing, the person who notices it owns the fix.
Clear writing
Async teams live or die on written communication. We write to think, to document decisions, and to keep the team aligned without synchronous meetings. A well-written message that saves a colleague 20 minutes of confusion is real leverage.
Product curiosity
You use and improve the thing you build. We expect every team member to understand the product deeply — not just the part they own. If you notice something confusing in the UI or a gap in the feature set, you say so.
