Setup guides

Quick start

Install the chat widget on any website in under five minutes. Paste one script tag, configure your bot name and colors, and go live. No backend changes required.

Training your AI

Connect your knowledge base by crawling your website, uploading PDF documents, or writing articles directly in the dashboard. The AI uses retrieval-augmented generation to answer questions accurately.

Shopify integration

Install the SupportSyndicate Shopify app to give your AI access to order data, tracking information, and product details. Customers can check order status without contacting a human agent.

WhatsApp setup

Connect a WhatsApp Business number through the Meta Business API. The guided wizard handles verification and webhook configuration. Setup typically takes less than an hour.

Agent configuration
