Technical Support

Already a customer with a technical issue? Use this form or email us directly. Include your workspace URL and a short description of the problem — screenshots or screen recordings help us diagnose faster. Our support team monitors the queue on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM UTC and aims to respond to all technical queries within four business hours.
