SupportSyndicate + HubSpot
Bidirectional CRM sync — support conversations enrich your HubSpot contacts in real time.
SupportSyndicate's HubSpot integration creates a live bidirectional sync between your support conversations and your HubSpot CRM. Every ticket, sentiment score, and resolution status flows into HubSpot as a contact engagement record — so your sales and marketing teams see the full customer picture without leaving their tool. Conversely, HubSpot contact updates (lifecycle stage changes, deal values, owner reassignments) reflect immediately in the SupportSyndicate conversation sidebar.
What data flows between the two systems
Every event, record, and update that passes between SupportSyndicate and HubSpot.
New contacts created in SupportSyndicate sync to HubSpot; HubSpot contact updates reflect in the conversation sidebar within seconds.
Every closed ticket logs as a HubSpot engagement record with subject, resolution type, agent, and CSAT score.
Conversation sentiment (positive / neutral / negative) syncs to a custom HubSpot contact property, enabling at-risk customer segments.
When a conversation is marked as churned or escalated, the HubSpot contact lifecycle stage updates automatically.
HubSpot deal value, owner, and pipeline stage appear in the SupportSyndicate sidebar so agents know account value before responding.

Conversations where a prospect asks about pricing or enterprise features auto-tag in HubSpot as 'support-qualified' for sales follow-up.
Churn prevention sequences
Customers marked 'escalated' or with negative sentiment enroll in a HubSpot re-engagement sequence automatically.

Tie resolved support tickets to HubSpot deals to show how support quality influences renewal rates.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace HubSpot Service Hub?
For most teams, yes. SupportSyndicate handles the full support workflow — AI deflection, ticketing, SLAs, and omnichannel inbox — while syncing all data back to HubSpot CRM. You keep HubSpot for sales and marketing and replace Service Hub with SupportSyndicate for a fraction of the cost.
Which HubSpot tiers does the integration support?
The integration works with HubSpot Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. The bidirectional contact sync and engagement records are available on all tiers. Custom object sync requires HubSpot Professional or above.
Is data synced in real time or batched?
Contact updates and sentiment scores sync in real time (under 30 seconds). Bulk historical imports process in batches of 500 records at a time.
