SupportSyndicate + Zapier

Connect SupportSyndicate to 7,000+ apps — no code, no webhooks, no developer required.

SupportSyndicate's Zapier integration exposes the platform's core events — new tickets, resolved conversations, lead captures, escalations, and CSAT responses — as Zapier triggers. Any of the 7,000+ apps in the Zapier ecosystem can receive these events and fire actions in response, without writing a single line of code. Common uses include logging tickets to Airtable, creating Slack notifications on escalations, and syncing leads to Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.

What data flows between the two systems

Every event, record, and update that passes between SupportSyndicate and Zapier.

New ticket triggerSS sends

Fires when a new conversation is created, with customer email, channel, subject, and initial message as payload.

Resolved conversation triggerSS sends

Fires on ticket close with resolution type (AI / agent), handle time, CSAT score, and agent name.

Lead capture triggerSS sends

Fires when a visitor submits a lead form in the widget, with name, email, company, and any custom fields.

Escalation triggerSS sends

Fires when the AI escalates to a human, with confidence score and escalation reason.

Create ticket actionSS receives

Allows external apps to create a SupportSyndicate ticket via Zapier — useful for injecting support requests from form tools like Typeform.

How to set up the Zapier integration

Most teams are live in under 15 minutes. No developer required.

01

Generate a Zapier API key

In SupportSyndicate Dashboard → Settings → API Keys, create a key with Zapier scope. Copy the key.

02

Connect in Zapier

In Zapier, search for SupportSyndicate, click Connect, and paste your API key. Zapier verifies the connection automatically.

03

Choose a trigger event

Select from New Ticket, Resolved Conversation, Lead Captured, or Escalated. Map the payload fields to your target app's inputs.

04

Test and activate

Run a test conversation in SupportSyndicate to generate a live event, confirm the Zap receives it, and turn the Zap on.

What teams use this integration for

Slack escalation alerts

When a conversation is escalated, post a message to #support-urgent in Slack with the customer name, issue summary, and a direct link to the conversation.

Airtable ticket log

Log every closed ticket to an Airtable base with resolution type, handle time, and CSAT — no manual reporting needed.

Klaviyo post-support flow

Trigger a Klaviyo post-resolution email sequence when a ticket closes with CSAT ≥ 4 stars, asking for a review.

Typeform → support ticket

When a Typeform response is submitted, create a SupportSyndicate ticket automatically with all form fields pre-populated.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a native Make (Integromat) integration as well?

Yes — SupportSyndicate also has a native Make integration. See our Make integration page for the full trigger and action list. Zapier and Make cover slightly different app ecosystems, so some teams run both.

Can I use Zapier to send data INTO SupportSyndicate?

Yes — the Create Ticket action lets any Zapier-connected app inject a ticket into SupportSyndicate. This is useful for form tools, CRMs, and e-commerce platforms that are not natively integrated.

Are there task limits to be aware of?

Zapier's task limits are on the Zapier side — each Zap run consumes one task from your Zapier plan. SupportSyndicate does not impose rate limits on outbound trigger events.
